• By Plane: From Athens, flight time is approximately 1 hour. Kefalonia International Airport serves this route with airlines such as Aegean Airlines and SkyExpress. The trip from the airport and the capital city Argostoli to Homer Villas takes 30 minutes by car.  
• By Ferry: Travel from mainland Greece via Astakos or Patras to Sami, Kefalonia. The island is also connected by ferry to nearby islands Lefkada, Zakynthos and Ithaca. Journey times range from 2 – 4 hours. Check schedules on ferryhopper.com.

• Strictly no smoking inside. Smoking is allowed outside only, with an ashtray provided.
• Children of all ages are welcome but must be supervised by an adult at all times when outdoors and at the pool deck.
• Pets are not allowed. 
• Air Conditioning: Please use only when all windows and doors are shut to prevent excess moisture. Turn off when leaving the villa to conserve energy.
• Water Conservation: Help conserve water. Fresh towels will be provided upon request if placed on the shower floor.

The best beach is 15-20 mins from the houses: Antisamos Beach. It is a pebble beach, with blue-green waters, a beach club during the day and Greek parties during the night. The second one, Myrtos Beach, is one of the most appreciated ones in Kefalonia, at is just 25 minutes drive from our villas.

The houses are located 7 mins drive from the city of Sami (gateway to mainland Greece via ferry), 5 mins from the village of Karavomilos, and 15 mins from the picturesque sailing village of Agia Efimia.

Restaurants and taverns are in all the cities and villages nearby. If you feel like eating at the villa, you can order takeaway from a tavern located 3 minutes from our place.
